Thanks for the pictorial. When I first clicked in the A.M. I initially thought the picture in the post was some kind of cosmos photo, say, a neubla. Closer examination cured me of that notion. Still, that is my choice for your best photo. So, were you smoking a cigar or something while taking the pic? I'm curious as to the source of the billowing smoke.

I think that it is probably roiling Victorian hang-ups and phobias about sexuality, uprooted and displaced from their home countries, now drifting about like lonely ghosts among the mountains of Bulgaria and Romania.

Unfortunately, my brother's proposed explanation is much funnier than the actual one. What looks like smoke is actually just my breath (it was freakin' cold) highlighted by the flash, which I had on to try to catch the falling snow you see in the foreground.

You're right, Curt's explanation is funnier, and, could possibly be accepted in certain circles as fact.
