I already figured out how to do that a long time ago. I think I figured out what the problem is: I was writing my entries on Internet Explorer, where the Cyrillic shows up garbled. But on Safari it works fine.

Open “System Preferences” (on your computer, not in WordPress)…click the “Input Menu” tab…select the keyboards you want available…click the “Show input menu in menu bar” box. Thereafter, you should have a little flag (American flag should be the default) in your menu bar, between the battery indicator and the time. When you want to type using a keyboard you selected in the above step, click the little flag and choose the keyboard you want…since the foreign keyboards obviously aren’t labeled on your actual keyboard, you’ll probably have to hunt around for a while to find the letters you want, but it should work. Just remember to switch back to “U.S.” when you want to type in English, otherwise “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law” will come out as “Вщ црфе ерщг цшде ырфдд иу еру црщду ща еру дфц”.
